- ✓Pen alignment: Support is included with your purchase for the first 30 days. We walk you through alignment over the phone.
- ✓Ink flow issues: Usually a simple pen or cartridge replacement. Contact us and we will help troubleshoot.
- ✓Envelope feeding: Proper setup matters. Our 30-day phone support covers feeding and positioning guidance.
- ✓Autograph software: Autograph is included for the first year and is used to place text, select from 8 handwritten fonts, and position the teardrop writing area.
- ✓Windows and SD card files: Autograph currently runs on Windows only, and the files used to run the machine are transferred by SD card.
- ✓Replacement parts: We stock common parts. Reach out and we will get you what you need.
