1. Overview
Autopen Warehouse ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or make a purchase.
This policy describes our practices and the choices available to you. Where consent is required, we use the preferences described below rather than treating general use of the Site as consent.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you submit a contact form, request a shipping quote, or communicate with us
- Payment information: payment details are processed through Stripe — we do not store your full credit card number on our servers
- Shipping information: delivery address, shipping preferences, and pickup scheduling details
- Order information: machine selections, purchase history, and order status
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, and browser type
- Device information: IP address, operating system, and device type
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and browser storage for essential functions, saved privacy preferences, and permitted analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping arrangements
- Communicate with you about your purchase, order status, or inquiries
- Provide 30-day post-purchase support
- Improve our Site, product listings, and user experience
- Send order confirmations and transaction-related communications
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
- Analyze Site usage and performance
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Stripe: to process payments securely. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment data.
- Shipping providers: to arrange delivery of your machine. This includes your name, address, and contact information necessary for shipping.
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity: to operate measurement tags and understand Site usage when analytics measurement is permitted
- Meta:to measure advertising and conversions when marketing measurement is permitted. Browser tags are managed through Google Tag Manager, and successful inquiries, checkout starts, and paid purchases may also be sent through Meta's server-side Conversions API.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including:
- Order and transaction records for accounting and tax purposes
- Contact information for ongoing customer support
- Usage data according to the retention settings and policies of Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta
Your privacy choice is stored in this browser until you change it, clear browser storage, or the preference format is replaced. If you request deletion of personal data, we will comply where legally required, though we may retain certain information for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
6. Cookies
Essential storage supports security, checkout, internal authentication, and saved privacy preferences and is always on. Analytics storage supports Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Marketing storage supports Meta advertising and conversion measurement. Google Tag Manager loads the approved browser measurement configuration; application code does not load those browser services directly.
- Essential security, checkout, and authentication functions
- Remembering your privacy choices in browser storage
- Analytics such as page usage and conversion measurement
For every first-time visitor, analytics and marketing or advertising storage are allowed by default regardless of country. A saved manual choice replaces that default, and Global Privacy Control (GPC) denies nonessential storage while the signal is active.
Use the clearly labeled Privacy Choices control in the Site footer at any time to allow or deny analytics and marketing measurement. Marketing measurement is maintained as a separate preference, is allowed by default for first-time visitors, and controls Meta browser and server-side conversion measurement. If your browser exposes GPC when the page loads, analytics and marketing storage are denied while that signal is active, even if this browser previously saved an allow choice.
When permitted, server-side conversion measurement may send Meta a conversion name and time, a random deduplication identifier, relevant product and order values, browser identifiers when available, and normalized, SHA-256-hashed contact details supplied with an inquiry or purchase. We do not send message bodies, shipping addresses, or payment card details to Meta. Server-side conversion measurement is not used when marketing measurement is denied.
When nonessential storage is denied, Google's consent framework may still permit limited, cookieless measurement signals. Your browser settings can also clear or block storage, but doing so may affect Site functionality or remove a saved privacy preference.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Stripe for payment processing and Calendly for optional scheduling. Google, Microsoft, and Meta process permitted measurement data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Contact page or email info@autopenwarehouse.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
