30-Day Return Window
Autopen Warehouse accepts returns for defective and non-defective used Autopen machines within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized before a machine is shipped back to us.
Return Condition
Returned machines must be in the same condition as shipped, with no additional wear, damage, missing parts, or modifications. All included accessories, parts, and documentation must be returned with the machine.
Return Shipping and Fees
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight back to our Louisville, Kentucky facility.
- Original outbound freight charges are non-refundable.
- Return freight charges are non-refundable.
- We do not charge a standard restocking fee, but we may reduce or deny a refund if a machine is returned damaged, incomplete, or in a different condition than shipped.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned machine, approved returns are refunded for the machine purchase price only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Each used Autopen machine is individually listed, tested, and sold as a specific unit.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before shipping anything back. Email autopenwarehouse@gmail.com or use the Contact page with your order information and the reason for the return. Do not ship a machine back without prior authorization.
